We're located at Sloterkade 169, 1059 EB Amsterdam, in a private, dedicated training facility designed for focused, distraction-free training.
That is goal dependant however to see real results fast, 3 strength and 1 cardio session per week alongside good nutritional habits will get rapid results.
Most clients notice significant improvements in energy and strength within the first 2-4 weeks. While these quick wins are motivating, the most impressive physical transformations come with consistent training over time. We see significantly better results when people train 2x per week as opposed to once weekly, and then another substantial improvement with 3x weekly training. Our 6 and 12-month members experience dramatically better outcomes compared to month-to-month clients. For example, Michel committed to a 12-month program training 3x per week and lost 16.6kg and 15% body fat in just 12 weeks, while building sustainable habits that maintained his results long-term.
As we learn more about you during the intake we will take various factors into account when deciding on which Trainer is best suited to you. These will include your goal, experience, any injuries you have as well as personality and availability.
If you are on one of our memberships, you can train a little extra before and after your holiday. We also let unused sessions overlap into the next month so you have enough time to use them.
Your free consultation takes place at the Cocoon Gym (Sloterkade 169, 1059 EB Amsterdam). The session includes a 40-minute discussion about your goals and fitness history, followed by a 15-minute movement assessment. This allows us to experience our training environment firsthand while we create your personalised plan.
We are massive advocates of strength training, regardless of age, sex, past experience. It is our goal to get everyone stronger across multiple rep ranges in the fundamental movements patters, and, to teach you the knowledge needed to one day feel confident to program your own sessions and complete them on your own.
